- Feb. 28, 2017, testimony before the Natural Resources, Fish and Wildlife Committee on the draft clean water memo to the House Ways and Means Committee and the draft bill.
- Feb. 27, 2017, letter to the members of the House urging them to vote in favor of the amendment to H.50 that was approved by the House Energy and Technology Committee.
