The Town of Colchester Department of Public Works is seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to lead maintenance operations, including highway, equipment maintenance, stormwater, wastewater, and buildings.
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in the management of maintenance operations and personnel, with significant experience in construction preferred.
- Graduation from a two- or four-year college or technical school with major course work in civil engineering or construction management.
- A combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the required qualifications may be considered.
