VLCT’s Human Resources Assistance Program is a collaborative effort supported by VLCT, VERB, and PACIF. Read more about the program launch in the November 2015 VLCT News.

The mission of the VLCT Human Resources Program is to serve and strengthen Vermont local governments by delivering quality HR services in an innovative and cost-conscious manner and by assisting members with the many complex and ever-changing human resources obligations and best practices. During the first year, we will provide up-to-date reference materials and templates, trainings, and assistance. Jill Muhr, VLCT Human Resources Consultant, facilitates the program as a member of the Municipal Assistance Center team.
